To place an order:   

• Download & print our PDF order form (see above) or simply write your order information, and mail it via regular post,  along with check, money order or your credit card information, to Wellcat Herbs, 2418 Long Lane, Lebanon, PA 17046
• Or, send us an email --  info@wellcat.com  -- with your order and credit card information.
• Payment: we accept personal and cashier's checks or money orders as well as VISA and MasterCard. Please be sure to provide necessary shipping address; if paying by credit card, be sure your card number & expiration date are legible and accurate!
• If you are a Pennsylvania resident, please add 6% sales tax to your total product; shipping and handling rates are as follows: for orders under $15, add $3; $15 to $30, add $7; $34 to $60 add $9; over $60, add 15%.
