Dream Pillows & Flax Seed Eye Pillows

With so many scholarly and romantic studies vested in our quest for deep, nurturing sleep, and—for some of us, wistful longings for deliciously vivid dreams or the banishment of even a squeak of a nightmare—it’s hardly surprising that Dream Pillows are once again being clutched by the weary, sighed over by the romantic and slumbered upon by the dreamer.

Our dream pillows are made with two separate fabrics; muslin is used for the insert, which holds the herb or herb blend of your choice. Various beautiful fabrics, mostly silk tapestry, are used for the lovely outer fabric, which is sewn as an envelope-style cover in which the muslin insert is tucked. See below for a list of herbal choices for your pillow stuffing.

Our regular size is approximately 5" x 8" and costs $11.95; the Royal size, approximately 6" x 12" costs $21.95.

This is an abstract or impressionistic view of some of my fabrics grouped together. What is actually laid out here is a collection of beautiful, mostly Japanese themed, patterns on silk tapestry fabric. I get requests for certain "themes" to my dream pillow fabrics, but at this time of the year, frankly, I can only offer pillows of fabrics already in stock. This blend contains herbs reputed to aid and enhance one's remembrance of your mind's nocturnal journeys: mugwort, mint, thyme, lemon grass and lemon verbena (which some say encourages visions of flying). $11.95 regular size; 21.95 for Royal size

Pastoral Dreams ~ Instead of tossing & turning through the night, rest your head upon this blend of relaxing herbs. Reputed to soothe & calm, many of the same herbs in Pastoral Dreams are also used in capsule or tea form for anyone experiencing a lot of stress or for the weary soul plagued by insomnia.
